The “Saints” are a team with extensive research experience. We also have a number of other strengths that set us apart:
- We are less expensive than the larger vendors of these services ($35-40/hour compared to $40-100).
- We have studied, taught, practiced and understand correct research principles that efficiently lead to valid conclusions.
- You will own the final products of our research, just granting us the right to show the results to prospective clients, or in certification or training environments. We will not ever publish your results except at your request or with your permission. On the other hand, you will have the right to publish the results in whatever fashion you wish. It's common for the research company to own the copyright on research reports.
- We provide our reports in both PDF format (for easy and consistent formating and printing) and in Microsoft Word format in case you wish to revise what we provide. We can provide the editable version in OpenOffice or WordPerfect format if you prefer.
- We take your project very seriously, and handle it as though it were our own, giving it personal attention every step of the way.
- We pay attention to careful research, fully documenting our conclusions, and carefully reviewing the report for grammar, spelling, and correct logical conclusions. Fully documented footnotes identify the sources used for each conclusion.
- No project is ever returned to a client without being carefully reviewed by more than one person.
- We return your project both electronically and by priority mail; there is no extra charge for this service.
- There is never any charge for travel, parking, etc., for research done in the Salt Lake to Provo area, where we do most of our work for clients.
- If you are LDS and want us to do so, we can produce temple ordinance cards for any names that qualify, or we can submit the names for temple file processing if you prefer.
- As an added benefit, we offer free web space to our clients at no additional charge, where they can post information about their family's ancestry, if desired.
